These terms govern the use of this website. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes comparisons of gambling operators built from those operators' own documents and from public licence registers, and it does nothing else. There is nothing to buy here, no account to open and no service to subscribe to. The legal notice explains what a licence does and does not settle.
Using the site means accepting what follows. If any of it is unacceptable to you, the appropriate response is not to use the site. What the site says about licences and a reader's own position is on the legal page.
The site is informational
Everything published here is for information. It is not advice of any kind, and in particular it is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation that any reader open an account with any operator or spend money anywhere.
This site is not a gambling operator. It offers no games, holds no customer funds, operates no account system and takes no deposits. It has no ability to affect an account held with any third party, to resolve a dispute with one, or to influence any outcome at one.
Nothing here should be treated as a promise about how any operator will behave. The pages describe documents, not conduct.
Third-party information carries no warranty
The operator records on this site are read from documents published by those operators and from public licence registers, on dates recorded on the pages themselves. Those documents change, sometimes without notice and sometimes without any visible sign that they have changed. A licence status can move between one check and the next.
So the information here is provided as it was found, without warranty of any kind: no warranty that it is current, complete or accurate at the moment you read it, and no warranty that any operator will act consistently with what its own documents say. Before acting on anything, check the operator's own page and the relevant register yourself. Every page here names the source precisely so that you can.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site, including any loss connected with an account, a deposit or a withdrawal at any third party.
Adults only
This site is intended for adults aged eighteen or over, and it is not designed for or directed at anyone younger. The subject matter is gambling operators, and no part of the site is suitable for children.
Commercial links
Some outbound links on this site are commercial. If a reader follows one and opens an account with the operator, this site may be paid. That is how it is funded; there is no subscription, no paywall and no advertising.
A commercial relationship does not change a licence number, a register result, a clause, a supplier list or a coin list, and it does not enter the score. Where a brand is a commercial partner it is labelled as one, separately from its position. The method page sets out the ten checks that produce the order, and none of them asks about money.
Intellectual property
The text, tables, structure and analysis on this site are ours, and they may not be republished wholesale. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome; copying a page, a table or a set of comparisons is not.
Operator names, domain names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification in the ordinary way that a comparison requires. Licence numbers and register results belong to the authorities that publish them. Nothing on this site implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any operator or any licensing authority.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is the one on this page, and the date at the foot of it records when it was last checked. Where a change to a page corrects a factual error, a dated correction note is added to the page in question, as the contact page describes.
The site may also change or remove pages at any time, including when an operator's own documents change and a comparison stops being accurate.
Questions people ask
- Is this site a gambling operator?
No. It publishes comparisons. It offers no games, holds no funds, has no accounts and cannot affect anything about an account held with a third party.
- How current is the information about an operator?
Each record carries the date its fields were read, and each page carries the date its facts were last checked. Operator documents change without notice, so treat the dates as the limit of what is warranted, which is nothing beyond what was found on that day.
- Are the links paid?
Some outbound links are commercial and this site may be paid when a reader opens an account after following one. Partner status is labelled separately from the ranking, and none of the ten scoring checks reads it.
- Can I republish your comparison tables?
Not wholesale. A short quotation with a link back is fine. The tables, the analysis and the structure took the work they took, and copying them is not covered by that.
