A sister site is a brand run by the same operator under a different licence, usually for a different market. The company is the same, the software is often the same, and the paperwork is different because the market demands different paperwork. That is the whole of the definition, and it is narrower than the way the phrase is normally used.
The good news is that BC.Game answers the question directly. Its own licences page names two other brands as its own, prints the operating company for each, and quotes the permit numbers. That is documentation from the operator rather than inference from a shared design or a similar lobby. The bad news is that most sister-site claims elsewhere are inference, and a particular kind of inference recurs in this category: two brands share a licence number, therefore one company runs both. That reasoning fails under the licensing structures these brands use, and this page sets out four examples from our own data where it would fail.
The two brands BC.Game presents as its own
BC.Game's licences page carries three entries. The first is bc.game itself, operated by Twocent Technology Limited, a Belize company with registration number 000041939, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under number ALSI-202410011-FI1.
The second is bcbet.ng, described on that page as a brand name of BlockDance Africa Limited, with an address in Wuse 2, Abuja. The page states it is licensed by Nigeria's National Lottery Regulatory Commission under National Sports Betting Permit number 2005793, issued on 1 December 2023 and valid until 31 July 2028.
The third is bcgame.mx, stated to be operated in Mexico by PRODUCCIONES MOVILES S.A. DE C.V. under permit DGAJS/SCEVF/P-06/2005-Ter, in accordance with offices DGJS/1580/2021 and DGJS/DCRCA/2921/2021, and managed by PUBLIPLAY MEXICO S.A. C.V., registration N-2024037717, at an address in Puebla.
Three brands, three different corporate entities, three different regulators. That is what a sister-site arrangement looks like when it is documented rather than guessed at: the market determines the licence, the licence determines the company, and the brand travels across all of them.

The circumstantial evidence, kept as circumstantial
Some of these pairs carry further resemblances, and it is worth naming them precisely so that a reader can see exactly how far they go.
Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io both state a verification threshold of €2,500 at clause 6.6 of their terms, in near-identical language. Sportsbet.io states the same figure at the same clause number, and does not share their licence number. Three brands using one clause number for one figure is evidence that a template circulated, which is a genuine observation about the documents. It is not evidence of a common owner, and treating it as such would put Sportsbet.io in a group its licence number contradicts.
Fairspin and Weiss share a licence and both carry sportsbook, live-dealer and VIP tags. They diverge sharply on disclosure: Fairspin publishes a 114-studio catalogue, the second deepest in the ranked forty, and we hold no studio list for Weiss at all. If they were one operation running one publishing policy, that difference would be hard to account for. It may still be one operation. We simply cannot show it.
What this site will not claim
This page names two sister brands, and only two, because those are the two BC.Game names itself on a page it publishes and links to. Everything else about ownership in this category is either in a corporate register we have not read or in somebody's guess.
There is a second reason to be strict about it. A sister-site list is often used as a substitute for a licence check: if brand A is the sister of brand B and brand B looks solid, brand A is treated as inheriting the reputation. That inheritance is fictional even when the relationship is genuine, because each brand is licensed separately and each licence carries its own conditions and its own register entry. bcbet.ng holds a Nigerian permit. bcgame.mx operates under a Mexican one. Neither tells a reader anything about the Anjouan instrument behind bc.game, and the reverse holds just as firmly.
That restraint costs something. A page willing to guess could list a dozen supposed BC.Game sister sites, and such pages exist. It could not show its working for any of them, and a reader acting on the list would be acting on nothing.
