Reporting a factual error
A useful report has three parts: the page it appeared on, the sentence or table cell that is wrong, and the document that shows the correct value. That third part matters most, because this site takes facts from operator documents and public registers only, and a correction is checked the same way the original was.
An operator correcting its own record is welcome to point at its own terms, cashier page or provider page. A reader who has found a register returning something different from what we published is doing us a considerable favour.
What happens next
The claim is checked against the source. If the page is wrong, the value is changed and a dated correction note is added on the page where the error appeared, saying what was wrong and when it was fixed. Corrections are not made silently. If the check does not support the correction, we reply explaining what we read and where. Either way the message gets an answer.
Some things cannot be corrected because they were never claimed. Where a page says a field is not published or not read, that is a statement about what we found, and an operator can resolve it by publishing the document or pointing us to it.
What this address is not for
It cannot help with an account, a deposit, a withdrawal or a bonus at any operator. This site is not an operator and has no access to anyone's account. Those questions have to go to the operator's own support.

It can ask to have it corrected by pointing at its own published document. It cannot ask for a fact to be removed for being unflattering, and payment changes no field on this site.
